Drink Up!

People, do you give a lot of thought to the kind of water you drink? I mean, are you someone where you’re just glad that you actually drank a decent amount of water each day, or are you very particular about the brand or type of water you drink? It may not be something you’ve really thought all that much about, but I have been – all because of a growing water company, HFactor.

Unless you live under a rock, you know that there are almost as many kinds of water as there are ice cream flavors (mmmm, ice cream). What you may not know is that hydrogen-infused water has been a thing in Japan for years. Not just for drinking, but for bathing, too! But I digress. What I heard about HFactor intrigued me. Some of the supposed added bonuses include not just great hydration, but some pretty fab health and beauty benefits, too! Think antioxidant and anti-inflammation properties, along with improved energy and circulation. Plus, HFactor is said to help with workout recovery.

You can easily do a google search on the benefits of hydrogen and hydrogen-infused water, which I totally did. And while studies that have been done do actually show that drinking a water like HFactor is beneficial, ultimately it comes down to the taste, right?

I’m no water aficionado, but I always want a crisp, clean-tasting water, and HFactor totally fits the bill. And the award-winning packaging is pretty cool, too – it’s in a pouch like a Capri Sun, so it’s easily portable and takes up way less room in my purse than a traditional bottle (the company explains the packaging is specifically made to ensure the hydrogen molecules don’t escape before you drink it).

Now if you happen to like knowing that some of your fave celebs are on the bandwagon before you hop on, you may enjoy the fact that stars like Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds and Zac Efron have all been spotted drinking HFactor. And, the company does have this kind of irresistible video explaining the benefits.

Check out HFactor for yourself and let me know if you love it, too!
